Warranty Policy

Wakeboarding is fun! We all know that. But an improperly installed wakeboard tower can lead to serious injury or death. The same holds true for inappropriate use of the tower.

The Assault Tower has been designed using 3D Computer Aided Design software, and has been tested in both virtual and real environments. It is under a limited warranty for two (2) years against workmanship and material defects. This warranty applies to the reasonable use of a wakeboarding tower.

Reasonable use of the tower is defined as using the tower to tow one (1) person on a wakeboard. The tower is not to be used for waterskiing, kneeboarding, or any other water sport. Do not tow or be towed by other types of watercraft using the tower, regardless of the size of the other craft. Any modifications or improper use not specifically approved in writing by Assault Towers shall void this warranty. Assault Towers is not responsible for any direct or indirect personal injury or damage to the boat resulting from the use or installation of this tower.

Assault Towers will replace or repair, at no expense to customer, any product that fails within the warranty period due to manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover the powder coating as it is impossible to determine if abuse has occurred. Except as above stated, Assault Towers makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, and the extent of liability for any replacement of the product. Improper installation, direct, indirect or consequential accidents, abuse, neglect, and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
